On some issues in the field of ensuring cybersecurity of the Kyrgyz Republic
In order to improve the national infrastructure for coordination and ensuring cybersecurity, in accordance with Articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic”, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
- Approve the Regulations on the Coordinating Center for Cybersecurity of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the Appendix.
- Designate the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic as the authorized state body in the field of ensuring cybersecurity of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take appropriate measures arising from this resolution.
- This resolution shall enter into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
