As part of the implementation of the plans of the Concept of Digital Transformation and the Cybersecurity Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2019-2023, a draft Law on Cybersecurity of the Kyrgyz Republic and relevant by-laws are being developed.

As part of the implementation of the Digital Transformation Concept and the Cybersecurity Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2019-2023, on the implementation of measures to form a national system for preventing, responding and managing computer incidents in the Kyrgyz Republic, a Protocol of Discussion was signed between the Korea International Cooperation Agency of the Republic of Korea (KOICA) and the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic on the implementation of the project &ldquo;Ensuring Cybersecurity of the Kyrgyz Republic through the Formation of a Rapid Response Center (SOC &ndash; Security Operation Center).

In accordance with the Plan for the implementation of the roadmap of the Digital Transformation Concept "Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023", p.p. 114.4 &ldquo;Formation of a single repository of data on computer vulnerabilities and malware, replenished by government agencies, operators of CII facilities, and also open for replenishment by private organizations and individuals&rdquo;, with the support of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek, an IRP platform is being developed, designed to to respond and share incidents.
